Children who find themselves uncomfortable or upset by anything they discover on the

Internet should report it to a teacher immediately. At New Penshaw Academy we have done everything possible to ensure the protection of the children while using the Internet.

It is recommended that parents allowing children to use the internet at home follow a similar set of rules and invest in security software to protect their child as under certain circumstances the internet can give children access to undesirable information and images.
