Some of our children have recently been building model vehicles.

The younger children in this group built an animal shaped vehicle with axles, wheels and a chassis. The older children built an electric vehicle using their scientific knowledge and D+T skills.

They took these vehicles to the Primary Engineer Programme Celebration Event and tested them alongside children from other schools. The judges were so impressed with our efforts. The younger group were awarded an extra certificate for being excellent communicators when talking about their project.
